Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or messages that break anti-spam law;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing;
• scrape, resell or redistribute other users' contact or profile data;
• misrepresent your identity, persona, track record or affiliation;
• attempt to bypass access controls, probe our security, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or create risk for other users.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the service and to deliver the features you use, including AI processing and sharing with the audiences you select.

You are responsible for having the right to upload material about your company, team or contacts, and for the accuracy of what you publish.

Retention follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy: uploaded investor data, decks and contact lists are kept while your account is active, and email and outreach history for up to 24 months, unless you delete them sooner.

Ready.GO uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings, plus optional functional and analytics storage used only with your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in your settings or by clearing your browser storage, as described in the Privacy Policy. Using the service after a consent prompt means you accept the choices you made there.

When you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, actions are taken as you and at your direction. You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for complying with applicable email and privacy laws, including honoring opt-outs.

Matches, scores, drafts, evaluations and build guidance are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are informational only, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Review AI output before sending or relying on it.

Ready.GO is software for organizing relationships and materials. We do not raise capital, hold funds, execute transactions, or act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser or placement agent. Any decision to invest, or to accept investment, is solely between the parties involved.

The service links to and integrates with third-party tools. Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for them.

Ready.GO is offered during early access on an evolving basis. Features may change or be removed, and downtime can occur. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept them.

Some plans are paid. Prices, billing period and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already started, and you can cancel to stop future renewals.

You may stop using Ready.GO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or missed funding opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
