Privacy Policy

Account information. Name, email address, persona (founder, investor, advisor, organization) and anything you add to your profile.

Content you create. Products, projects, tasks, notes, pitch decks and other files, contacts and lists you import, messages, community posts, referrals and introduction requests.

Connected services. If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, we store the access tokens needed to create events and send the emails you ask us to send, plus the metadata of those actions.

Technical data. Log data such as IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service — hosting your workspace, matching decks to investors and opportunities, generating drafts and summaries, sending the outreach you approve, and enabling connections, referrals and introductions you initiate.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Some features send your content — for example a pitch deck, a project brief or a chat message — to AI model providers so they can return summaries, matches, drafts or guidance. Only the content needed for the requested feature is sent. AI output can be wrong; review it before acting on it.

With people you choose. Profiles, products or documents you mark public or share with a person, folder link, forum or organization become visible to that audience. Introductions are only revealed to other participants after each person accepts.

With service providers. Hosting, database, email delivery and AI providers that process data on our behalf under their own agreements.

Legal. Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of users and the service.

Data is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider and protected by per-user access rules enforced on the server, encryption in transit, and scoped credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep your content while your account is active. Standard retention periods:

• Uploaded investor data, contact lists and pitch decks — kept while your account is active, or until you delete them. Deleted items are removed from the live service immediately and from backups within 30 days.
• Email and outreach history (sent messages, replies and delivery metadata) — kept for up to 24 months after the message is sent, or until you delete the related campaign or account, whichever comes first.
• Account and profile data — deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where we must keep records for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Backups — residual copies are overwritten on a rolling cycle of no more than 30 days.

Ready.GO uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to operate:

• Essential. Authentication session, security and preference storage (for example your sidebar layout and consent choices). These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off.
• Functional (optional). Remembering interface choices such as your passive-capture consent decision, so Aria features behave the way you asked between visits.
• Analytics (optional). Basic, aggregate usage measurement to improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Where the law requires it, non-essential cookies and storage are only used after you give consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your settings. You can also clear cookies through your browser; doing so will sign you out.

You can edit or delete your profile and content in the app, disconnect Google services at any time, and control profile visibility per section. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Ready.GO is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
